These Terms and Conditions govern the use of delivery and courier services provided by James Warren Delivery Ltd (Company No. 17013567), registered at 89 Fairfield Crescent, Leeds, LS13 3EA, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing a booking or using our services, you (“the Client”) agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
We provide local and regional courier, delivery, and logistics services within Leeds and Yorkshire, UK. Services include but are not limited to: same-day local delivery, multi-drop runs, marketplace seller delivery, document courier, B2B delivery, furniture and bulky item delivery, man & van removal, return pickup, and subscription delivery routes.
All services are subject to availability and route coverage at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline a booking if it falls outside our operating area or capability.
Bookings may be placed by telephone, email, or via the contact form on our website. A booking is confirmed only when we have provided written or verbal confirmation. Unconfirmed requests do not constitute a binding agreement.
It is the Client’s responsibility to provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact details, and any relevant access or handling instructions at the time of booking.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are confirmed at the time of booking. Indicative pricing displayed on our website represents starting prices (“from” rates) and may vary based on distance, item size, weight, urgency, and other factors.
The final agreed price will be confirmed before the service commences. We do not charge hidden fees. Any additional costs arising from changes to the job scope after confirmation will be agreed with the Client before proceeding.
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment may be requested in advance or on completion of the service, depending on the job type and Client account status. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payment, and other methods as agreed.
Invoices for regular contracts (e.g. subscription delivery) are issued monthly and are due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur statutory interest as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a job if prohibited items are discovered.
We carry goods-in-transit insurance. Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the standard cover provided under our insurance policy. Clients wishing to transport high-value items should declare them at the time of booking and arrange additional insurance cover if required.
We accept no liability for: consequential or indirect losses; loss arising from incorrect addresses provided by the Client; items damaged due to inadequate packaging; or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to traffic, road closures, adverse weather, or third-party actions).
If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at [email protected] or 07828 720 178. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 1 business day and resolve them within 5 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
